I know this is a map of Arctic Region. The different colors there are describing the different climates there. Mayebe it is about the tempreture.

What a funny picture. The polar bear is so quite and white. I like this kind of animal.











3. The Arctic region's climate has long, cold winters and short, cool summers! There is very little precipitation in this region. What would your life be like if you lived here? Explain in 5-8 sentences.


I think I will feel very cold if I live there. And not very comfortable. Because there is too much ice. And the traffic there is so jam. There is no car. So I don't want to live there.

I have never seen this tree before.











2. How can you remember what this tree looks like and it's name?
This tree is too special, I think if I see it once, I will remember it. But the name is a little diffcult to remember.

I'm not sure, because it is very similar for some tall pines nearby my house.

It is very tall. It is very thin. It is very beautiful.
5. There are many mountains in this region. What do you think happens to the vegetation when we get higher up to the mountain? Can you guess?
Maybe I will see a lot trees and animals. Maybe there will be very cold, and I'll see snow.
6. In the southern part of the Western Cordillera region, there is less rain. If there is less rain, do you think the great evergreen trees will grow?
No. Because the trees need water. And everything needs water.
7. The largest trees in the world exist in this region. They can be found in the United States because this region is very long and goes all the way down into Canada's neighbor!!! These trees are called "Giant Sequoias".

There are many Giant Sequoias. They are so tall, unbeliveble very green. I think it looks like pines.

I see a lot of pictures about trees. They are all very tall. I think maybe they are a kind of pine trees. The most interesting thing is Giant Sequoias. I will never forget it.

This is a map of The Western Cordillera region. But I think it mostly shows all the Canada. I think the different means different climates and different regions.

What a cool picture. The white mountain and the sky is blue! The combine together, so beautiful! I think there are many animals there, because the envirment there is very good. So I want to go there.

know this is a map of Canadian Shield. And I think the red one is the Canadian Shield. Quebec\Ontarios\Territories are there.

I think it will be very cold. Because it is very closed to the ocean. But maybe it is not very stable, I think the climate there will not be very good.

This region is very beautiful. And there are some special plants. The water fall is very cool too. They combine together to make a beautiful picture.

地理区域 That means a region that in geographical. Maybe it means the geographical there. It is very diffcult.

This is big picture. I can't understand it. But I know it is colored by different geography and evenriment. This is a hard question. Maybe this picture just describes the climate. Or something different.

Too much things. I think this question is not easy to be answered.First, we learn the map of Canada, and all the names of all the cities and provinces.Then we learned about the geography and the climate. At last we learned some animals there.

Quebec. I did power point of Quebec. Quebec is very big, it is the biggest province of Canada. There are a lot of delicous foods. Like the jam or fruit juice. There are also some museums and parks. We can walk and play there. I think if I live there, I will feel comfortable.Because the technology there is not very developing, and the nature there is very beautiful.

I can't understand this map. But I know it is surrounding by ocean. This map is not a normal map, because it just has 3 colors.
